Every Georgian company needs a registered (legal) address that the Public Registry and the Revenue Service hold on record and write to. Trustlex provides one at its office on Shota Rustaveli Avenue in central Tbilisi: the address alone for €120 a year, or with mail scanning and notification for €240 a year, paid for a year at a time from registration and renewed yearly at the same price. A year of it is included in the Starter package; mail scanning is added for €120 a year.

Prices from the Trustlex price list of 2026-10-14.1. The address is invoiced for 12 months from the registration date, or from the date of the change for an existing company, and renews yearly at €120 (address only) or €240 (with mail scanning). 18% VAT applies to Trustlex fees only. For an existing company the registry's fee for recording the new address is passed through at cost.

With mail scanning, everything that arrives is scanned and notified, and an official notice is flagged and explained the same day.

If you leave, the address is moved properly
The company's new address is filed with the registry before ours is released, so the authorities can always reach the company.

Questions about the registered address
Does every Georgian company need a registered address?
Yes. The Public Registry records a legal address for every company, and the Revenue Service and other authorities send official correspondence there. An address nobody reads is how deadlines are missed.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Address only (€120 a year) gives the company its legal address. With mail scanning (€240 a year), everything that arrives is scanned and notified to you, and official notices are flagged the same day.
Where exactly is the address?
Shota Rustaveli Avenue 18, entrance 2, floor 4, office 12, Tbilisi 0105: the Trustlex office in central Tbilisi, where the post really arrives.
Can my existing company move its address to you?
Yes. We file the change of address with the Public Registry, the registry's fee is passed through at cost, and the updated extract appears in your portal.
Can I use a virtual office address instead?
The registry records an address whose owner consents to it. That is what we provide, at a real office that receives post, which matters the day the Revenue Service writes.
Does the address give the company a bank account or me a residence permit?
No. It is the company's legal address. Banks and the migration authorities apply their own criteria, which we can help you prepare for separately.
Is there a minimum term?
The address is paid for a year at a time and renews yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you leave, the new address is filed before ours is released.
