Company secretarial services in Georgia
Company secretarial services in Georgia: the registered address, the local contact and the filings that keep a company in good standing
A Georgian company is registered in about a day and then has to be kept. It needs an address that actually receives official notices, someone who reads them, every change of director, shareholder, beneficial owner or charter filed inside the deadline, and monthly and annual filings that do not arrive late. Trustlex holds that routine, at prices from a published list, with a Georgian advocate behind the filings that involve a legal decision.
This fits you if
- Your company is registered in Georgia and you are not in Tbilisi to collect its post.
- You want notices from the Public Registry and the Revenue Service read and reported the day they arrive, not found months later.
- Directors, shareholders, beneficial owners or the charter change from time to time, and you want the registry filing done inside the deadline.
- You want one place that knows what is due and when, instead of four advisers who each know part of it.
- You would rather pay a published monthly price than call a lawyer every time something needs filing.
Take another route if
- The company is not registered yet. Start there; the address and the secretarial routine come with the formation. Company registration
- You only need bookkeeping and tax returns. That is a service line of its own and can be bought alone. Accounting services
- You want a nominee director or shareholder to appear as the company's owner or decision maker. We do not provide that.
- You are VAT-registered with payroll and high transaction volume. The flat ongoing plan does not fit, and the accounting tier is quoted instead. Packages and prices

How it works
- 1
A short review of where the company stands
What the registry currently holds, what the Revenue Service expects, what has been filed and what has not. If something is already late you hear it in the first conversation, not in a penalty notice.
- 2
The address and the contact are put in place
The registered address is recorded with the Public Registry and the Revenue Service, the notice channel is tested, and a named person becomes responsible for reading what arrives.
- 3
The calendar is built for your company
Monthly tax filings, annual obligations, address and permit expiry dates, and anything specific to your activity, each with a reminder before the deadline rather than after it.
- 4
Changes are filed when they happen
A new director, a share transfer, a change of address, a charter amendment: the documents are drafted, reviewed by an advocate where a legal decision is involved, and filed inside the deadline. Each filing appears in your portal.
- 5
Notices are answered, not forwarded
An official letter is logged, translated where needed, explained in plain language and answered. You are told what it means and what we propose to do about it.
What we need from you
- The registry extract and the current charter
- Current directors, shareholders and beneficial owners, with passports
- Access to, or authority over, the company's rs.ge and my.gov.ge profiles
- Any notice or correspondence already received and not yet answered
- For registry filings: a signed resolution, and a power of attorney where we file on your behalf
- Your accounting records, or your accountant's contact, where the plan includes tax-return coordination
Where Trustlex acts under a power of attorney, the scope is written into the document and shown to you before signature, and it never extends beyond what the filing needs.
Questions about keeping a Georgian company
Does Georgian law require a company secretary?
No. Georgian company law does not impose the company secretary office that some common-law jurisdictions do. What the law does require is a registered address the registry and the Revenue Service can reach, filings made when the company's details change, and tax returns on time. Company secretarial services in Georgia are the practical package that covers those duties.
Can I use your address as the company's registered address?
Yes. The address alone is €120 a year, and the version with mail scanning and same-day notification of official post is €240 a year; both renew yearly. It is a real address that receives real post, which is the only kind that helps when the Revenue Service writes.
What happens if a registry change is filed late?
The registry expects changes to be filed promptly, and a stale record causes practical damage before it causes a penalty: banks refuse instructions from a director the registry does not show, and counterparties read the extract. We file inside the deadline and tell you the date before it arrives.
Do you provide a nominee director or shareholder?
No. A local contact person coordinates with the authorities and handles administration on your instructions. We do not put our people on your register to disguise who owns or runs the company.
Is this the same as bookkeeping?
No, and they are priced separately. Bookkeeping and tax returns are their own line, from €110 / month, and they are included in the ongoing plan for a simple company. Secretarial work is the address, the notices, the registry filings and the calendar.
Can I keep my own address and buy only the notice handling?
Yes. Mailroom and notice handling is €75 / month where the registered address is your own or your accountant's. What matters is that someone reads what arrives and knows what it means.
Is there a lock-in?
The address is paid for a year at a time and renews yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date; the monthly lines run month to month. If you leave, the registered address is changed at the registry properly rather than simply abandoned, because a company the authorities cannot reach is a company in trouble.
