Behind the numbers

How your quote is built

A Trustlex quote has two kinds of lines, and they are never mixed. The first is the professional fee: preparing your application, drafting the charter and the founders' decision, drafting the Power of Attorney for remote founders, checking the documents that come back from the notary, and filing with the Public Registry. That is what the package price above describes. The second kind is disbursements: money paid to third parties on your behalf and passed through at cost. The Public Registry fee, the notary, the certified Georgian translation, the courier for original documents and identity verification each appear on their own line, so you can always see what is Trustlex and what is not. The apostille or legalisation of your power of attorney is paid by you to the authority in your country and is not part of the Trustlex quote.

What a standard quote excludes

The formation quote covers registration. It does not include bookkeeping and tax returns after registration, VAT or payroll registration, licensing, bank-readiness work beyond the package you choose, the Virtual Zone status (an additional service in two stages), or the notary and apostille fees you pay directly in your own country. Where one of these is relevant we add it as a separate line or a separate proposal, so the formation price stays comparable between packages. The service catalogue lists each add-on with its own price.

When a custom quote is needed

Most single-founder companies fit the Starter package. A custom quote is prepared when the founder is a company rather than a person, when there are several founders in different countries, when the intended activity is regulated or needs a licence, when a special tax status is part of the plan, or when the structure has tax consequences in your home country that should be looked at first. In those cases the proposal follows a short scoping call instead of the package price, and it is itemised in exactly the same way.

From quote to invoice

The itemised proposal is what you approve. It becomes the proforma invoice, and your case opens once payment arrives. The figures come from the published Trustlex price list and are the same on the packages page, inside the application and on the invoice. If the scope changes during the case, you receive a revised proposal before any additional work starts, and stages not yet delivered are refundable under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
