Fixed professional fees before 18% VAT. A per-unit price is charged per founder or per page; the quantity is agreed with your lawyer. The Virtual Zone status, bank support, apostille and courier are in the calculator above.
Mail Scanning and Notification
€120 / yearAdds mail scanning and same-day notification of official post to the registered address the Starter package carries, for a year; renewed yearly. The standalone address with mail scanning is listed under the formation services.
Second Founder
€120 per founderEach founder beyond the first: identification, the shareholder entry, the share allocation and the extra signature set in the charter and the resolution.
Corporate Founder File
€330A company as founder: review of its apostilled extract and charter, the beneficial-owner declaration and the parent's minutes approving the formation.
Power of Attorney Re-draft
€80A second power-of-attorney text when the notary abroad asks for changes or the scope changes. The first draft is part of every formation.
Shareholders' Agreement (template)
€390A bilingual template for two or more founders, adapted to their split and reviewed by the advocate. A bespoke agreement is quoted separately.
Director Who Is Not a Founder
€160Consent, identification file and registry entry for a director appointed at formation who is not a founder.
Certified Translation, Extra Pages
€35 per pageCertified Georgian translation of documents beyond the filing set that the third-party estimate covers, per page, including the handling.
Bank Meeting in Tbilisi
€200A lawyer with you at the branch appointment. Only with bank-account support; approval is the bank's decision.
Written Tax Position Letter
€260A one-page written answer on one specific question: VAT on a service, dividend withholding, the 1% status. The Structuring package covers the whole picture.
Express Document Pack
